scDataCom Expands Team To Serve Savannah Area

Savannah, Georgia: scDataCom has announced that Deirdre Brown has joined the Operations Team as the Inventory Control Specialist in February 2022.  

Deirdre joins scDataCom from Vanquish Worldwide, where she was formerly the Supply Specialist for 2 years. Having over 8 years of logistics and supply chain management experience, Deirdre will apply what She has learned in process improvement and inventory management to further scDataCom’s mission of “designing, installing and maintaining security and communication solutions for Savannah area commercial clients in order to protect their people, properties and profits from both internal and external threats.”

In this role, Deirdre will assist the operations team particularly in: 

• Utilizing effective, clear-concise ongoing communication with management, staff, and external vendors while managing procurement details and ensuring quality assurance. 

• Developing and implementing an inventory control system for improved efficiency. 

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipment to project destinations.
